Agrowings Hi-Tech Producer Company Limited is based at H. No. 643 in Watur Fata, near Partur. Don't let the "Hi-Tech" name fool you into thinking we have robots or anything like that. We are just trying to use some better tools and maybe a bit of modern thinking to help our farming. Most of us are still out in the dirt every day. The office at Watur Fata is where we keep our tools and some of the newer equipment we bought together. It gets pretty dusty out here because of all the trucks passing by on the road. We spend a lot of time sitting on the porch talking about irrigation and how to get the water to reach the far corners of the fields. Partur is our local hub, so we go there for the big markets. We are a small group, just neighbors really. We decided that buying things in bulk was smarter than everyone going on their own. It took us a while to get the paperwork sorted for the company. We aren't very good with computers, but we are trying to learn. It’s hard work and the sun is hot, but we like being our own bosses. We don't have a big staff. It's just us taking turns to mind the office or go to the bank. We just want to improve things a little bit for the next generation here in our village.
