Sukh Nivas Realcon Llp

I am usually at the office at Silver Arcade on J.B.S Avenue. It is room S2 on the second floor. Sukh Nivas Realcon Llp has been based here for a bit now. Sometimes the stairs feel like a lot, but we like being in this part of town. Mostly we just deal with the paperwork and local projects that come through our door. It isn’t some fancy high-rise glass building. Just a regular spot where we get things done. People often ask where exactly No. 5 is, and we tell them to look for the Silver Arcade sign. We keep our files organized and try to stay on top of the daily tasks. It’s quiet enough for work but close to everything else. My desk faces the window and I can see the street below. We aren't a big team, just a few of us making sure everything runs okay. There’s always someone dropping by with questions about some property or another. We don’t have fancy coffee machines or anything like that. We just drink tea from the little shop nearby. If you are coming over, the second floor is where you will find us. We have been at No. 5 J.B.S Avenue for a while and the neighbors are nice enough. It gets a bit busy in the afternoons when the sun hits the office. We just keep our heads down and handle the Realcon Llp side of things. It’s honest work and it keeps us occupied. That is pretty much us.
