We’ve been set up here at J.B.S Halden Avenue for a while now. Room S2 on the second floor is where we handle most of the day-to-day things for Shreekunj Avas Towers Llp. It’s not a huge office, just a practical space where we look at plans and talk to people about where they might want to live. Building things in this part of town keeps us busy. We mostly deal with residential projects, trying to figure out how to fit everything into the space we have. We try to be straightforward with them. There’s no fancy lobby here, just a desk and some chairs. It’s about getting the job done. Most of us have lived around here or worked in the city for years, so we know the streets pretty well. We don't spend much on advertising because word of mouth usually does the trick. When you are building a big structure, you just have to focus on the bricks and the concrete. If the weather is bad, things slow down, but we keep pushing.
