VIKRITI REAL ESTATE & CONSTRUCTION LLP is located in the PS Qube building, specifically Unit No 515B on Plot No IID/31/1. We are out here in NewTown, on Street No 1111. This is a newer part of the city compared to some of the older districts, so there is a lot of development happening all around us. We handle both real estate sales and the actual construction work. It’s a lot to take on, but we enjoy the variety. One day we might be showing a client a new flat and the next we are at a construction site checking on the foundation. The office in PS Qube is where we do all the planning and paperwork. It’s a clean space, but it usually has piles of folders on every available surface. We don't use a lot of big words or try to impress people with corporate talk. We just tell it like it is. If a project is going to take six months, we say six months, not three. Being in NewTown means we see a lot of change every single day. There are new roads and buildings going up constantly. We are just glad to be a part of that growth. Most people find us because they are looking for something in this specific area. We know the local rules and the land here pretty well. It’s just about being honest with people and getting the work done right.
