VASUDHARINI DEVELOPERS LLP is located at 185 Bangur Avenue, specifically in Block B. This part of town is a bit more settled, which makes it a nice place to have an office. We do a lot of development work, which involves a lot of planning and checking on different plots around the city. Our space is pretty basic, with some desks pushed together and shelves full of old files and site photos. We spend quite a bit of time talking to local contractors and making sure we have enough supplies for whatever project is next. It’s the kind of place where you can hear the neighbors and see people walking by all day. We aren't a massive corporation with hundreds of employees; we are just a small group trying to build things that last. Sometimes the work is slow when we are waiting for approvals, and other times it is a total rush to get everything signed off. We don’t use any of those fancy business terms because we think it’s better to just speak clearly. If there is a problem at a site, one of us just hops on a bike and goes to check it out. It’s more about the actual building than the office work, honestly. We like being in Bangur Avenue because it feels central to where most of our work happens. Most of the people working here have been with us from the start, so we know how each other works without even saying much to one another.
