Unicorp Buildtech LLP is over in Salt Lake, specifically at BF-300. This part of Kolkata is a bit different from the crowded center, with more trees and wider roads, but it still gets plenty busy. Our office is where we keep all the site plans and the accounts. We are just a group of people who have been in the construction trade for some time. We don't have any big speeches to give. We just focus on the buildings we are putting up. Usually, the day starts early with a lot of phone calls to suppliers to see where our orders are. In Salt Lake, things are supposed to be more organized, but you still run into the same old problems with labor and materials. We spend a lot of our time on-site, wearing dusty shoes and making sure the work is actually happening. It’s a lot of back and forth between the office at BF-300 and the different locations. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to finish what we started without too many mistakes. Sometimes the paperwork gets backed up or a machine breaks down, and we just have to deal with it as it comes. It’s simple work but it takes a lot of patience. We've been here in the 700064 area for a while and we just keep doing our thing, trying to stay on top of all the little details.
