We are based over at Chanakya Centre in Rajarhat. You can find us on the second floor in Flat Number 7. Rajarhat is a part of town that is always changing, with new buildings going up all the time. Our office is just a regular flat that we have converted into a workspace. It has a kitchen where we make our own coffee and a couple of rooms for our desks. We do consulting services here, which basically means we spend a lot of time on the computer and the phone. We are not a massive company with a human resources department or a marketing team. It is just a small group of people who wanted to work together in this area. We do not have any big speeches about how we are changing the industry. We just take on the projects that come our way and do our best with them. Sometimes the internet goes slow or the printer jams, and we just deal with it like anyone else would. We don't have a dress code, so you will usually find us in casual clothes. We try to keep a friendly atmosphere in the office because we spend so much time here. It is a straightforward business without any of the corporate fluff you might find elsewhere. We just focus on the work at hand and try to keep our clients happy without making a big scene.
