SIMPLICITY GRIHA NIRMAN LLP

Down here at BF-300 in Salt Lake, things stay pretty busy for us at Simplicity Griha Nirman LLP. If you know this part of Kolkata, you know the blocks are laid out in a specific way, and being in BF block means we see a lot of people passing through. We’ve been operating from this address for some time. It's not a massive glass building or anything like that, just a regular place where we handle the home building side of things. Sometimes the electricity goes out for a bit, or the internet acts up, but that’s just how it is. We spend our hours talking to contractors and checking on supplies. North 700064 has a lot of trees and it feels a bit quieter than the main city center, which is nice when you’re trying to focus on a floor plan. We drink a lot of chai and talk about the next steps for whatever project is on the table. It isn’t always smooth; there are delays with trucks or the weather doesn’t cooperate during the monsoon. We don’t really do big speeches or fancy presentations. We just show up at BF-300, open the shutters, and start the day’s work. Most of our time is spent making sure the numbers add up and the brickwork is actually happening. It’s a lot of manual tracking and phone calls to people all over West Bengal. It’s just us doing our thing.
