SHIVMANGAL BUILDTECH LLP

Shivmangal Buildtech LLP is located at CF-305 in Salt Lake, Bidhan Nagar Sector-1. We have been working out of this office for a good while now. Being in Parganas North, specifically in Sector-1, means we are around a lot of residential areas. Our daily routine is pretty basic. We come in, check the messages, and then head out to see how the construction is moving along. Construction is messy and loud, but that’s the nature of it. We don't have a lot of polished things to say about ourselves. We are just a team of people who know how to handle bricks, mortar, and steel. Sometimes we sit around the office desk at CF-305 and just try to figure out how to solve a problem on one of the sites. It might be a plumbing issue or a delay with the concrete mix. We don't use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. We just build. The weather in Kolkata can be a real pain, especially when the monsoon starts and everything turns to mud. We just keep working through it because the projects won't finish themselves. People in the neighborhood know us as the guys who are always busy with some project or another. We aren't trying to impress anyone; we just want to do the job we were hired for and get home at a decent hour. It is mostly about getting the daily tasks done.
