We are located at 185 Bangur Avenue, right in Block B. It’s a well-known neighborhood and we’ve been here for some time. Shankar Suvan Nirman is basically a few of us who handle construction and building work. Our office is a simple setup. We don't have fancy furniture or a big sign. Most of the time, the place is a bit of a mess with blueprints and samples of tiles or bricks. We like it that way because it shows we are actually working. We don't spend much on advertising. Most of our clients are people who live nearby or heard about us from a neighbor. We aren't trying to be some huge firm. We just do our work and try to be fair. Some days are stressful when things don't go right on a site, but we manage to fix it. We aren't perfect, but we show up and do the work we said we would do. Bangur Avenue is a nice place to be based. It's easy for people to find us. We don't use a lot of corporate talk. We just tell you what's happening with the project. If there’s a delay, we explain why. Usually, it's just the weather or a truck being stuck in traffic. We just take it one day at a time and keep moving forward with our projects. That's really all there is to us and our business.
