If you’re looking for us, we’re located over in Hatiara Gahamari Nagar. It’s a bit of a mouthful to say, but we’re right near the Emam Bara. We operate out of Abdul Khalek Mondal’s place. It’s a decent spot in the North Parganas area of Kolkata. Being out here means we’re away from the very center of the city, but it’s still plenty busy. Our daily routine is mostly about managing building projects. There is always some dust on the shoes and a lot of phone calls to make. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there, just a reliable one that people in the neighborhood know. The office is usually a bit messy with blueprints and half-drunk cups of tea. We’ve got a small team that handles everything from the initial planning to making sure the workers on site have what they need. Sometimes we have to deal with power cuts or the heat, but we just work through it. Living and working in West Bengal means you get used to the humidity. We don’t have a fancy reception desk or anything like that. If you come by, you’ll probably just see us working at our desks or heading out to check on a site. It’s a practical way of doing things. We’ve been at this for a bit now and we know the local suppliers and how the ground is around here.
