You can find us over in Madhyamgram, specifically at Rabindra Pally. We’re set up at Animesh Roy’s place. It’s not a big commercial building or a mall; it’s more of a local setup that fits the vibe of the neighborhood. Grillzo Food And Beverages Llp started because we wanted to do something with food and drinks in this part of town. It’s a bit quieter out here compared to the center of the city, which we actually like most of the time. We handle everything ourselves, from the food prep to the beverage mixing. It’s a lot of manual work and long hours standing on our feet. Sometimes the power goes out or the water pressure is low, and we have to scramble to fix things, but that’s just part of running a business in this area. We don't really have a fancy website or a bunch of slogans. We just show up every day and do the work that needs to be done. We talk to the people who stop by, and we try to keep things friendly. It’s a small operation, and we’re okay with that. Most of the time, we’re just worrying about the next order or making sure we haven't run out of supplies.
