Chikos Cafe & Cuisine Llp

Chikos Cafe & Cuisine Llp is our little place. We are located at C/O Swapna Dasbilding More in Ashoke Nagar. It's a nice enough area where people know each other. The building is easy to find if you are looking for it. We spend most of our time here getting things ready for the day. Being in Ashoke Nagar is good because it’s not too far from everything but still feels like a neighborhood. We don’t have a big team or anything like that. It’s just us. We handle the cooking and the cleaning and everything else that comes up. Some days are busier than others, especially when the weather is nice. We aren’t really into those big marketing plans. We just figure if the food is okay, people will come back. It’s a practical way to run things. The space inside isn’t huge, but it fits what we need. We’ve put in a lot of hours here. Sometimes things go wrong, like a tap leaking or a delivery being late, but that’s just life. We just deal with it and move on to the next task. We’ve been part of this spot for a while now. It feels like home more than just a place of work. If you’re around Building More, you’ll probably see us. We’re usually just busy with something or other. It's a lot of work but it's what we chose.
