We’ve been at 185 Bangur Avenue, Block B for a while now. It’s a busy part of town and we like it here. People often just walk in to talk about houses or land because they see our sign while out getting groceries. We are a small team of folks who know this neighborhood inside and out. It isn't a fancy setup. There’s a lot of paperwork on the desks and the tea is always brewing. We deal with real estate stuff every day, helping neighbors find a place or figure out what to do with their property. Sometimes it gets loud with the traffic outside, but that’s just how Bangur Avenue is. We don't use big words or try to act like we're something we aren't. Just regular people working in a regular office. If you come by, you might find us arguing over where to order lunch from or looking through some old maps of the area. We know the streets around here, every turn and corner. It’s just what we do. Nothing more, nothing less. We handle the local property things that come our way. Sometimes things go fast, sometimes they take time, but we just keep at it. Being at Block B makes it easy for locals to find us without much trouble. We're just here doing the work. It’s a bit cramped with all the folders, but we manage. We’ve known some of these property owners for years and we always have time for a quick chat even if we’re busy.
