Agroecology Care Private Limited is located at 326 Tf in the Rudra Arcade, which is inside the Gajanand Complex in Pardi village. It’s a bit of a climb up to the third floor, but the view of the village from up here isn't too bad. We spend most of our time thinking about ecology and how it fits into the way people farm today. It’s a lot of practical stuff, not just theory. We see people from all over the Pardi area coming in to ask about different ways to handle their land. The complex can get quite busy on market days, and finding a parking spot near Rudra Arcade is sometimes a bit of a headache, but we make it work. Our team is small and we don't have any big corporate goals written on the walls. We just want to help folks take better care of their soil. Sometimes the power goes out or the internet is slow, but that’s just how it is in this part of the village. We handle our business with paper and pens when we have to. It’s a quiet office for the most part, except for when we’re debating the best way to deal with a specific pest or soil issue. We’ve been here for a bit now and the locals have gotten used to seeing us around the complex. It’s just honest work for us, day in and day out, helping the community understand the land better.
