Zapoorza Social Foundation

Zapoorza Social Foundation is currently working out of the Zapoorza building in Lokmanya Nagar. We’re over on Karegaon Road in Parbhani. The office is care of Shri L G Daware at building number 111. It’s a quiet residential area, which is nice for getting work done without too much noise. We’ve been in Maharashtra for years and decided that Parbhani needed a local group like ours. We don't have a big storefront or anything like that. It’s more of a community-based setup where we meet and talk. Most of the people involved live right nearby. We focus on small-scale things that make a difference to the people living on our road and the surrounding blocks. The 431401 area is our home. We keep things very informal here. You won't find anyone in suits or doing big presentations. It’s mostly just sitting around a table with some tea, figuring out how to help someone out. We like the personal touch of being in a real neighborhood. It keeps us grounded in what the actual problems are. Sometimes the paperwork gets a bit much, but we pull through. It’s just honest work from a regular house in Lokmanya Nagar. We just keep our heads down and do what we can for the folks around Parbhani.
