Trashika Ice Cream Parlour (Amul)

We run the Trashika Ice Cream Parlour over on Anand Nagar Road. It’s an Amul outlet, so we carry all those familiar products. Our location is near the petrol pump in Naya Mondha, Nanded. It’s a convenient spot because people often stop for fuel and then decide to grab a quick snack. The shop is small but we keep it well-stocked. We enjoy seeing the same people every week. We have several chest freezers filled with different types of ice cream and dairy items. I started this place a few years back. It’s been a lot of hard work getting everything set up and running, but we have a steady group of customers now. Naya Mondha is a lively area. There is always noise from the road and the petrol pump, but we don't mind it at all. It feels like we are in the middle of everything that happens in town. We don't bother with fancy advertising or social media. The Amul sign does most of the work for us since people trust the name. We just focus on being there when people are hungry or thirsty. Sometimes the kids from the neighborhood come in just to look at the different flavors in the freezer. We try to be patient and help them pick something they will enjoy. The hours are long, and we are open seven days a week from morning until late at night. It’s just how you have to do it if you want to keep a small business going. We aren't trying to change the world, just providing ice cream to the people in Nanded. It's a living.
