Thermax Limited, Pune has a spot here in Nanded. It’s at Mr. Dhampalwar B S’s place, House Number 1/11/758. We are right near R.S. School in Vasant Nagar. It’s a convenient location if you know the area. The school gets loud in the afternoon when the kids leave, but otherwise, it's pretty calm. We handle things for the Pune office from this house. It’s not your typical corporate building, just a local setup to get work done. We’ve been operating out of Vasant Nagar for some time now. People in the neighborhood know where we are. We don't have a lot of staff here, just enough to manage the daily tasks. Sometimes the mail gets mixed up with the school's, but we sort it out. It’s a practical way to run things without all the overhead of a big city office. We spend most of our time on the phone or tracking orders. The walk to the main road isn't too bad. We like being in a residential part of town because it’s easier for people to find us without fighting traffic. Everything is kept simple. We don’t do big meetings here or anything like that. It’s mostly just making sure the paperwork for the Pune side stays organized. If the gate is closed, just give a knock. Someone is usually around to help out with whatever is needed. It’s a straightforward operation. We stay fairly busy. That covers it.
