Siddhi Manwat Urban Nidhi Limited operates out of a space in New Rachana Colony. Specifically, we are at House Number 8-7-30, which is Vishnu Ramrao Mule’s place. It’s a very local feel because we are basically in a residential neighborhood. This works well for us because the people we help are often our own neighbors or folks from just a few streets over. Manwat is a place where everyone kind of knows everyone else, so having the office in a house feels right. We don't have fancy lobbies or marble floors. It’s just a room with some tables, chairs, and our files. We spend our days talking to people about their savings and how they can keep their money safe while earning a bit of interest. Since it is a Nidhi company, it is all about the members helping each other. We take that seriously but in a very casual, everyday way. If someone needs a small loan for a wedding or a house repair, they come sit down and talk to us. We look at the papers and see what we can do. It’s practical work. There are no big corporate speeches here. Just honest talk about money and how to handle it in the city. The New Rachana Colony is a quiet enough spot most of the time. We like being part of the local fabric here and keeping things small and manageable for everyone involved in our little group of members.
