Shree Varad Homoeopathic Clinic is located in Flat No. 201 of Om Apartment in Ashok Nagar. Since it is inside an apartment building, it feels a lot more personal than a typical shop on the street. You have to come into the building and take the lift or the stairs to the second floor. It’s a quiet residential area for the most part, though you can still hear the neighborhood sounds through the windows. The clinic itself is basically a converted flat. We have a small reception area and a room where the consultations happen. Because it’s in an apartment, it has a very home-like feel to it. There are jars of homeopathic remedies lined up on the shelves, and we spend a lot of time talking to our patients about their lives and how they are feeling. It’s a slow process, not like those big clinics where they rush you out in five minutes. People in Ashok Nagar know we are here, and a lot of them just walk over from their own homes nearby. We don't do any big advertising. Word of mouth is how most people find their way to Flat 201. The kettle is often on for tea, and we try to make everyone feel comfortable while they wait.
