Pranjal Food

Pranjal Food is situated in Ward No. 15 of Kaulkhed. We are right across the street from Sant Tuka Ram Hospital. It’s a busy part of town because of the hospital, so there are always people around at all hours. We spend our time preparing different food items. It’s a small place, but we make it work with the space we have. The kitchen is the heart of everything we do here. We start work very early, often before the sun is even up, to get things ready for the day ahead. Being in Kaulkhed means we are close to the local markets, which is handy for getting what we need. The building we are in is an older one, but it stays cool enough in the summer months. We don't have a big team or any fancy uniforms. We just wear what is comfortable for working in a kitchen all day. Most of our day is spent cooking, cleaning, and packing things into containers. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy from morning until night. Sometimes the noise from the hospital traffic can be a lot, but we don't mind it much anymore. We just focus on the task at hand. Pranjal Food isn't about being the biggest or the most famous place. We just want to provide something good for the people in Ward No. 15 and the surrounding area. It’s a simple life, and we are just regular people trying to do a good job every single day for the neighborhood.
