Gramsamruddhi Nidhi Limited

Our office for Gramsamruddhi Nidhi Limited is at Madhukar Babarao Thombre’s place in Bhosi. It’s a small village tucked away in Jintur Taluka. If you’re coming from Parbhani, you know it’s a bit of a trek to get out here. We wanted to have something local for the people in our village. We don't have a big corporate building. It's really just a room where we can sit and go over the accounts. Parbhani is the main district, but our focus is right here in Bhosi. People usually just drop by when they have some spare time or a bit of money to put aside. It’s very informal. We know most of the people who come through the door. Madhukar has been here a long time, so everyone knows where to find us. The 431509 area is where we live and work. We try to keep our records as neat as we can, though it’s all manual work. It’s not always easy running a Nidhi company in a place like this, but we make it work. We aren't trying to be some massive financial institution. We just want to be useful to our neighbors. Sometimes the power goes out, and we have to use candles or torches to finish the paperwork. It’s just part of life in Jintur. We focus on what’s right in front of us. It’s a simple way to help the community stay on its feet.
