Our shop is right on the Main Road in Prabhani. It's easy to spot us because of the location. Being a medical store, we see people coming in and out all day long. Some are regulars from the neighborhood, others are just passing through. We’ve been here at the Ho area for a long time. The shelves are packed with all kinds of supplies. It's not a big corporate pharmacy, just a local spot where you can get what you need. The door stays open most of the day, and you can hear the street noise from the counter. We don't have fancy displays or expensive lighting. It’s just rows of medicines and healthcare items. Sometimes it gets crowded behind the counter when the morning rush hits. We do our best to help everyone quickly. The staff knows where everything is, even if it looks a bit cluttered to an outsider. Working on Main Road means you are always in the middle of things. We talk to the local doctors and the families nearby. It’s a simple business. We don't have a mission statement on the wall. We just open the shutters in the morning and stay until the evening. It’s about being there when someone needs something for their health. Prabhani is home for us. We just keep the store running the same way we always have. It’s honest work and we like helping our neighbors with their prescriptions. Every day is different here.
