You can find B H Ambulance Services over by Bhakre Hospital on Vasmat Road. We are near the HO and not too far from Shivaji Chawk in Parbhani. It’s a central enough spot for us to get around. We spend our days mostly looking out at the traffic on Vasmat Road. It gets pretty loud during the peak hours near the Chawk. Our setup is very basic. We have the vehicles parked and we stay close by. There’s a lot of dust that comes off the main road so we are always wiping down the dashboard. We don't have a fancy website or a big marketing plan. People just know where we are because we've been at this hospital spot for a while. Sometimes the phone rings in the middle of the night and we have to wake up fast. It’s part of the life. We drink a lot of chai from the local shops while we wait for calls. The ambulance is old but it runs okay. We just focus on getting people where they need to go in Parbhani. It’s not a complicated business. We don't have uniforms that look like the movies. We just wear our regular clothes and get to work. The heat here can be tough in the summer but we manage. That’s just how we run things.
