You can find us in Pudhu Nagar, which is part of Paramakudi. The school is a public school and we try to serve the local families living in this part of town. Our address is right in the middle of a residential area, so we are surrounded by houses and small shops. The building is painted a bright color so it stands out a bit from the neighbors. Inside, things are pretty standard for a school in this region. We have rows of desks, blackboards, and some cupboards for books and supplies. It’s a place where work gets done, even if it’s not the most modern facility. The kids arrive early and you can hear them talking before the first bell even rings. Paramakudi can be a dusty place, so we spend a lot of time sweeping the floors and keeping the dust off the furniture. We have a small playground area where the children spend their free time, and it’s always a bit of a mess with balls and jumping ropes. The teachers here are straightforward people who just want to see the students learn their lessons properly. We deal with the usual problems like broken fans or missing chalk, but we get through the day. It’s a very local atmosphere where parents often stop by the gate to have a quick word about their child’s progress or just to check in. It’s just how we do things here.
