Our school is located in the Art Of Living International School building over in Vivek Vihar, specifically in Sector H. Being on the main road in Itanagar makes it a pretty recognizable spot for most folks living around here. We’ve got our classrooms set up and the daily routine going on just like any other place where kids come to learn. It’s not a huge campus with endless fields, but we make use of the space we have in this building. The atmosphere is generally quiet enough for studying, even though the main road is right there. Teachers here go about their business, taking classes and looking after the students throughout the day. We follow a regular schedule. It is a simple environment. Parents often drop their kids off on their way to work since we are easy to reach. We don’t go in for anything too complicated in how we run things. It’s about the daily lessons and making sure everyone is where they need to be. The halls can get a bit noisy when classes change, but that’s expected. We focus on the basic needs of a school day. Being part of this specific area in Itanagar means we are part of the local community. It’s a practical place for education, nothing more and nothing less. We just keep doing what we do every morning when the bell rings for the first lesson.
