Namo Buddhaya Foundation

Our foundation is located on Diyun Road, about at the 2nd Mile marker. We are on the opposite side of the road from Koseng village, which makes it pretty easy to explain to people who are looking for us. Chow Hinaya Munglang is the name associated with the address here. It’s a rural setting, which we really appreciate because it keeps things quiet and focused. The Namo Buddhaya Foundation doesn't have a big corporate headquarters. We just have this spot on the road where we can gather and do our work. It’s a lot of manual coordination and talking to the villagers nearby. We don't use fancy software or have a bunch of meetings that don't go anywhere. We just look at what needs to be done each morning and we try to finish it by evening. The road can get a bit muddy when it rains, and sometimes the power goes out, but that’s just life out here. We don't complain about it. It’s an honest way to live and work. We don't have a mission statement hanging on the wall; we just have a sense of what's right. People stop by on their way to or from the village, and we always have time for a quick chat. It’s a basic, functional space that serves our needs perfectly without any unnecessary drama. We are just here doing what we can with the time we have.
