About Kipa Marble And Tiles – Building & Construction Material in Papum Pare
Out here in Lekhi Village, things move a bit slower than in the middle of town. I run Kipa Marble And Tiles, and it’s a pretty basic setup. We’re located in the Nahorlogun area, so we get a lot of locals coming in who are building their own homes. Most of the time, I’m just out front checking the inventory or helping someone load up a truck. It’s heavy lifting, and the weather out here can be unpredictable, which doesn’t help when you’re dealing with outdoor storage. I’ve got a variety of tiles, some plain and some with patterns, depending on what the suppliers send us. People around Lekhi seem to like the sturdier stuff that lasts. I try to keep the prices fair because I know everyone’s working hard for their money. Sometimes the power goes out, or the rain turns the yard into a bit of a mess, but we just keep going. It’s a local business, through and through. I don’t have a fancy office or anything like that. Just a desk in the corner and a lot of stone everywhere else. If someone needs a few boxes of tiles for a bathroom, they come find me. It’s been this way for a few years now, and I’m fine with that. It's a lot of work to keep the inventory organized, but it's part of the trade. I like the people who stop by to chat while they browse the tiles.
