Saya Group

We are based out in Nirjuli, right on National Highway 52. Saya Group is just a local outfit doing business in this part of the country. Being on the highway means we get a lot of travelers and locals stopping in to ask questions about the land around here. The area around Nirjuli is growing, and we’ve been here to see a lot of that happen over the years. Our office is a simple setup. We don't have leather chairs or expensive art on the walls. It’s mostly just shelves full of files and a few computers that have been through a lot. We spend a good chunk of our time driving up and down the highway to look at different plots or buildings. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s what we do for a living. The weather out here can be unpredictable, so some days we’re stuck inside catching up on phone calls and paperwork. We aren't part of some massive chain; we’re just the Saya Group people you see in Nirjuli. We know the land around here and who owns what. If someone is looking for something specific near NH-52, they usually end up finding their way to our door. We just keep things moving, one day at a time, without any big fuss or complicated systems. The air is a bit different here than in the big cities. The trucks outside make a lot of noise, but we've stopped noticing it.
