Ajeet Dangg Pordung Foundation

We are based out of Itanagar, right in the VV Extension RCC area. Most of us here at Ajeet Dangg Pordung Foundation grew up in Arunachal Pradesh and we just wanted to have a way to help out the neighbors when things get tough. It isn't a huge operation or anything like that. We just focus on the people around Lower Subansiri because that is where we live and work. Some days are busy and some are quiet, but we try to stay consistent with whatever we are doing. You can usually find someone at the office if you walk by the RCC ITANAGAR area. We don't have fancy brochures or a big team of experts. It is just a few of us who care about the town. Sometimes the roads are bad or the weather makes it hard to get things done, but we keep at it. We've seen a lot of changes in the local area over the years and we think it's important to stay involved. If you are from around here, you probably know the spot. We aren't trying to change the whole world, just hoping to do a bit of good in our own corner of the state. It takes a lot of time to organize things, but seeing a neighbor smile makes it worth the effort. We stay here because this is home and we want to be useful. There are plenty of challenges in a place like this, but we don't mind the work. We just take it as it comes.
