Westin Pharmaceutical Private Limited operates from units 66 and 67 in the Gondpur Industrial Area. It’s a very industrial setting, surrounded by other factories and large warehouses. There isn't much green space around here, just a lot of concrete and metal. The road leading into the area is often chewed up by heavy trucks, so you have to drive carefully to avoid the potholes. Our facility is quite functional. We have the space divided into production and storage, with a small corner for the office staff. It gets quite hot in the summer because of the machinery and the metal roofing, but we’re used to it. We don't have any decorative plants or a nice waiting room. Visitors usually just stand by the main gate or come into the small office space. We focus on the job at hand, which is making sure the machines are running and the output meets the standards. There’s a lot of noise from the neighboring units, so we often have to speak up to be heard. Most of the staff comes in on bikes, and the parking area is always a bit of a mess. It’s a no-nonsense environment. We don’t worry about looking corporate or having a polished image. We just want to get the batches out on time and make sure the logistics are handled. It’s a busy life in Gondpur, and we are just one part of the machinery. It is what it is, and we just get on with it every morning without complaining about the heat or the noise.
