Thakur & Brothers

Thakur & Brothers is situated in Tilordhar, within the Village of Kamaru. We are in the Paonta Sahib district, and our place is very close to the Shiv Mandir. You can often hear the temple bells from our workspace, which is quite nice during the day. This is a family-run operation, and we have lived in Kamaru for generations. Our work involves a lot of manual tasks and keeping track of the supplies we have in the back. The village is peaceful, though it gets busier during festival times when more people come to visit the Mandir. We have a small office where we handle our accounts and meet with people from the nearby areas. It is a simple life here in Tehsil Paonta Sahib. We don't have a lot of fancy equipment, just what we need to get the job done right. Most of our customers are neighbors or people from the surrounding villages who have known us for years. We take pride in just showing up every day and doing what we said we would do. The road leading up to our place can be a bit bumpy, especially after the monsoon, but most people don't mind. We keep a pot of tea going for anyone who stops by to chat about an order or just to say hello. It is a traditional way of doing things.
