Out in Surajpur, you’ll find the office of Mc Pharmaceuticals. It’s not in the middle of a big city, which is something we actually like. The pace is a little different here. We handle a lot of pharmaceutical supplies, and our days are mostly spent in the warehouse area, checking batches and ensuring everything is stored correctly. Surajpur is a quiet enough place, though it’s growing, and we’ve seen more businesses popping up around us lately. Our team is small, mostly people who live nearby and have been with us for years. We don't really have a big corporate structure or fancy titles. We just have work that needs to get done. The morning usually starts with a cup of tea and a look at the schedule for the day. It can get pretty dusty in the drier months, and we spend a fair amount of time just keeping the place tidy. We don't do much in the way of marketing or big presentations. Our focus is on the inventory and making sure we don't make mistakes with the orders. Sometimes the delivery trucks are late because of the roads, and we have to sit around and wait, but that’s part of the life here. We’re just a regular group of people working in the pharma sector, trying to do an honest job and keep things moving smoothly in our corner of Surajpur. It’s simple, steady work that we’ve grown accustomed to.
