Our place is located at 208 in the Okhla Industrial Estate, specifically Phase III. If you know Okhla, you know it’s a busy, crowded place with lots of energy. We are just one part of that big industrial landscape. Inside our doors, things are a bit more controlled, as you’d expect for a pharmaceutical company. We have a lot of people working here, but it still feels like a community once you get to know the faces. The hallways can be long, and there’s always someone hurrying somewhere with a clipboard or a tray. We’ve been in this spot for a long time, and the building has seen better days, but it serves us well. We don't spend much time on decorations or fancy furniture. Most of our budget goes into the equipment and making sure we follow all the rules. The lunchroom is usually the loudest part of the building, where everyone catches up on the news. Outside, the traffic in Phase III is almost always a mess, so we’ve learned to be patient with deliveries. It’s a lot of hard work and long hours sometimes. We don't try to sugarcoat it; it’s a demanding field. But we have a good group of people who have been here for years. We just keep moving forward, focusing on the production and the day-to-day requirements. It's a busy life, but it keeps us on our toes.
