M Sea Pharma is situated on Jamniwala Road in Badripur, very close to the main road. The location is great because we don’t have to go far to get onto the highway. You can hear the big trucks rumbling by all day long, which reminds us how much trade is moving through this area. Our facility is a bit of a mix between a warehouse and a small workshop. We’ve got a lot of Jamniwala Road dust that seems to find its way inside no matter how much we sweep. It’s just part of the environment here. We have a small team, and everyone does a bit of everything. One day you might be sitting at the computer, and the next you’re helping load a delivery van because the driver is running late. We don't have a uniform or a strict hierarchy. If something needs doing, we just do it. The office is small and usually smells like coffee and old paper. We have some plastic chairs for guests and a big map on the wall to track our deliveries. Badripur is a busy spot, and being near the main road means we get a lot of walk-in inquiries from people looking for specific items. We don't have any fancy brochures to give them. We just talk to them and see if we can help out. It’s a very direct way of working, and it keeps us connected to the local market. We try to be helpful and keep things moving without overcomplicating the process.
