Vinamra Residency

Being right opposite the Panvel S.T. Depot means there’s never a quiet moment around here. We are located in Sai Arcade on Plot 184 and the street outside is always full of people rushing for buses or coming back from work. It’s a bit chaotic but that’s just how Panvel is. Inside the residency, we try to keep things a bit more relaxed. Our day usually starts with checking who’s checking out and getting the linens changed. It’s a lot of manual work. We don’t use any fancy systems, just a register and our keys. The building is a standard commercial block, so we share space with other shops and offices. Sometimes the lift is slow so we end up taking the stairs a lot. We see all sorts of travelers—people staying for a night before a long bus ride or folks here for business in the city. We don't promise anything luxury. It’s just a clean room and a fan that works. Most of the time, we’re busy talking to the local vendors or making sure the water tanks are full. It’s a practical place for practical people. If you’re looking for us, look for the big arcade building right across from where the state transport buses pull in. We’re usually around the front desk if we’re not upstairs helping a guest with their bags. It’s just us trying to keep things running.
