We are based in Shop Number 2 at Vinayak CHS, which is on Plot 34/35/36 in Sector 5. If you are familiar with the Raigad district area, we are basically right behind the D Mart. Having the store there makes it easy for people to find us, though the parking can be a nightmare on the weekends when everyone is grocery shopping. We work on infrastructure projects, so there is usually a lot of talk about cement, steel, and labor schedules. The shop itself is mostly a place for us to meet and go over blueprints or handle the accounts. It’s not a showroom or anything like that. We have some samples lying around and a few dusty chairs for visitors. The neighborhood is still growing, so there is always something being built nearby. We spend half our time out on sites and the other half here in the shop catching up on paperwork. It’s a small operation. We don't have a marketing team or anyone to write fancy brochures. We just talk to people plainly and tell them what can be done. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy from morning until late evening. Sometimes we stay late to finish up a quote while watching the crowds go in and out of the D Mart across the way. It’s a decent place to be.
