We are situated at Plot No 6, Neelkamal, on Road 12 in Sector 11 of New Panvel East. It’s a fairly quiet part of the sector compared to the main roads. The building is just a regular structure that suits our needs for the technical and autoflow work we handle. During the monsoon, the rain really comes down hard here in Panvel, and you can hear it drumming on the roof all day long. Inside, it’s mostly just us and the equipment. We have some heavy machinery that takes up the bulk of the floor space. It’s not the most organized-looking place, as we often have parts and components sitting out ready for the next stage of work. We don't have a team of people in suits; it's mostly just us in our work gear. The lighting is okay, but we use extra lamps when we need to see the fine details of a part. We usually have a pot of tea going in the small break area. It’s a practical environment. We don't spend money on fancy signage or decorative plants. People who come here are usually looking for specific engineering solutions, and they don't mind the grease or the noise. We just take the orders, look at the specs, and get to it. It’s a steady pace of work. We’ve been at this plot for a while and the routine doesn't change much from one day to the next.
