It’s a bit of a maze sometimes when you first get here because the complex is so big, but once you find the crane section, we’re right there. We spend a lot of time out in the yard with the trucks and the cranes. Kalambali is always moving, especially with all the transport businesses around. There’s always the sound of engines starting up or someone shouting directions for a heavy lift. We don’t have any fancy waiting rooms or anything like that. Usually, there's just a couple of chairs and a lot of paperwork on the desk. Our days start pretty early, often before the sun is fully up, because that's when the traffic is a bit lighter. We deal with all sorts of transport jobs, and the cranes stay busy most of the week. Sometimes things break down or a driver gets stuck in traffic, and that's just part of the day. We’ve been in Bima Complex long enough to know all the neighbors. It’s a practical place to work, even if it gets a bit greasy and loud. We just stick to our routine and make sure the equipment is ready when someone needs it for a job nearby. We don't do much marketing, we just wait for the phone to ring.
