Mercykind Pharmaceuticals is a bit different because we’re located in a residential complex called Kool Home in Devad. Specifically, we’re in G Wing, Flat 204 on the 2nd floor. It’s a quiet spot, which is a nice change from the usual industrial areas. Being in a flat means it feels a bit more personal and less like a cold office. We’ve converted the space to fit our needs, with desks and storage for our pharmaceutical supplies. It’s a small operation, just a few of us making sure everything is running right. We know the neighbors, and they know us. Sometimes it’s a bit of a squeeze when we have a lot of stock coming in, but we make it work. Devad is a growing area, and it’s been interesting to see how it’s changed since we set up here. We don't have any fancy marketing people or a big sales team. It's mostly just us answering the phone and packing up what needs to go out. We try to keep things simple and honest. We’re not looking to be some huge corporation; we just want to provide a good service to the people who rely on us. It’s a practical way to run a business, and it works for us. We enjoy the quieter pace of being in a residential wing.
