Asian Paints

Our shop is located at 18/24 Paaloor Road in Naduveerappattu. It's a decent spot and most locals know the way. Being an Asian Paints outlet means we see a lot of people coming in with color patches on their clothes or photos of their living room walls on their phones. It gets a bit hectic when the festive season starts because everyone wants to refresh their house at the same time. The shelves stay pretty packed with cans of all sizes from the small testers to the big buckets for the outside walls. We spend a good chunk of our day mixing shades and making sure the machine is running right. Sometimes the lid on a tin gets stuck and we have to hammer it open which makes a lot of noise. The road outside can be narrow when the delivery trucks arrive so we have to move fast to unload everything before the traffic builds up too much. It is just me and a couple of others here most days. We don't have a big corporate team or fancy reception area, just a counter and a place for people to sit while they wait for their paint to get ready. The floor is covered in dried paint drops but that shows we have been busy. It is honest work and we like being part of the neighborhood here on Paaloor Road.
