J B Chemicals & Pharmaceuticals Ltd is located at 215-216 in the G.I.D.C. Industrial Area. Being in an industrial zone means the surroundings are very practical. There are no parks or fancy cafes nearby, just other industrial units and large trucks parked along the roads. The office is a large space that covers both 215 and 216. It feels very sturdy and functional. We have high ceilings and the floors are made of heavy-duty concrete. The desks are spread out, and there is a lot of room for moving things around. It can get quite noisy during the day when the neighboring units are running their machines. We are used to the smell of grease and the sound of metal moving. Our part of the building is mostly for the administrative side of things, so it is a bit quieter than the factory floors, but not by much. We have a small break area where the staff can sit for a bit, but most people are busy with their tasks. The lighting is bright and industrial. It is not the most beautiful place to work, but it is solid. Getting here in the morning involves navigating through the industrial traffic, which is its own kind of challenge. We have been here for a while, so we know the shortcuts. The walls are mostly bare except for some safety notices and calendars. It is a no-nonsense type of place to spend the day.
