Meghmani Organics Ltd. sits over at Plot No. 21-21-1. If you walk by, you’ll see the main gate and probably some trucks parked outside waiting to load up. It’s not the kind of place with a fancy lobby or anything like that. We just have our offices and the production area where everyone stays busy. Most of us have been here for years, so we know each other pretty well. It gets hot during the summer months, but that is just how it is in this part of the country. We start early in the morning before the sun really gets going. There is always a lot of paperwork to deal with, and the phones don't seem to stop ringing some days. We don't really have time for anything flashy. We just focus on getting the work done and making sure things are moving along like they should. The address is easy to find if you know the area, but sometimes people get lost looking for the specific plot number. We usually just tell them to look for the big sign near the corner. It is a practical place. We have our coffee breaks and talk about the weather or local news. It’s just a regular workplace with regular people trying to do a decent job every day. No one here is trying to impress anybody; we just keep the machines running and the orders filled as best as we can.
