We’ve been here at Plot No. 3502 for a good while now, right across from Luna Chemicals. It’s a busy spot with trucks coming and going all day long. Sometimes the dust gets a bit much, but that is just part of working with fertilizers. Our space isn't fancy, just some offices and the storage area where we keep the bags stacked up. Most days start early before the sun gets too hot. We spend a lot of time checking the stock and making sure everything is where it should be. The neighbors are mostly industrial folks like us, so there is always some noise or someone moving pallets around. It’s a practical setup. We handle a lot of the heavy lifting ourselves. When the weather gets humid, the air smells a bit like earth and chemicals mixed together. We usually just have our tea outside near the main gate when there's a break. Nothing too complicated happens here, just the usual routine of loading up orders and keeping track of the inventory on our old desks. The floor gets scuffed from the boots, and the walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but it works for what we do. We just focus on getting the bags out to the farmers and dealers who need them. It's steady work. We know most of the drivers by their first names by now. That’s just how it goes at Arihant Fertilizer Corporation. We don't have any big meetings or corporate lunches, just hard work every single day of the week.
