Deep Organics is located at Plot No. 814/2 in the GIDC Estate. We are right on the main road, which makes it easy for the transport trucks to pull in and out without too much trouble. This district has a lot of similar units, but we’ve carved out our own little space here. The facility is mostly for processing and storage. It’s not the cleanest environment because of the nature of the work, but we try to keep things as tidy as possible. We don't have a big corporate office; it’s mostly just a small room with a couple of chairs and a computer where we handle the billing. The smells of the chemicals and organic compounds are just part of the daily life here. You get used to it after a few days. We have a small crew that knows exactly what needs to be done. We don't go in for big meetings or long speeches. Usually, it's just a quick word in the morning and then everyone gets to work. Sometimes the weather makes things difficult, like when it rains heavy and the road gets muddy, but we keep going regardless. It’s a basic operation. We focus on getting the product out to the people who need it. There are no frills here, just a lot of practical work happening every day on the main road of the estate. Most of the neighbors know us by now and we just keep to our routine.
