We are located at Panna Plaza, 139 Arcot Road in Kodambakkam. If you know this part of the world, you know it’s the heart of the film industry and always buzzing with people. Arcot Road is famous for its traffic and the heat, but it’s where everything happens. Our office in Panna Plaza is a straightforward space. We call ourselves Name & Fame Digital Marketing, and people sometimes give us a look because of the name, but it’s just what we went with. The office is busy. We have desks crammed together and lots of phones ringing. Being in Kodambakkam, there’s a certain energy that you don’t get anywhere else. It’s dusty and noisy outside, but inside we just focus on the digital stuff. We aren't a high-end corporate firm with glass walls. It’s more of a place where we drink a lot of local coffee and stare at computers for hours. The building itself has been around for a while, so the stairs are a bit narrow and the elevator can be temperamental. We’ve got posters on the walls and too many cables on the floor. It’s a real working environment. We don’t have fancy mission statements or anything like that. We just show up, try to get the digital marketing done, and navigate the Arcot Road traffic on the way home. It’s a tough place to work but it’s also very exciting.
