Bundeli The Royal Biryani Private Limited is located on Panna Road, right in front of the petrol pump. We operate out of Paliwal House. It is a busy spot because of all the cars and trucks stopping for fuel across the street. Being on Panna Road means we see a lot of people passing through every day. We are focused on biryani, and the smell usually fills the air around our building. It’s a family-style environment here at Paliwal House. We don't have a corporate office vibe at all. It’s more like a busy kitchen and a dispatch center. The floors are often being mopped and there is always someone chopping something or checking a large pot. We don't have a formal mission statement or anything like that. We just want to make sure the food is ready on time and tastes like it should. Sometimes the traffic makes it hard for the delivery bikes to get out quickly, but we do our best. The staff here is like a small family. We talk loudly, laugh a lot, and sometimes argue about the best way to do things. It’s a real, living business. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in the world. We just want to be the place on Panna Road where people know they can get a decent meal. It’s honest, hard work and it keeps us on our toes all day long.
