Even though the name says Pune, we are actually working out of Porvorim right now. We are tucked away in the New Telecom Quarters, specifically in Room No. B-3 of Type B. It’s an interesting setup, living and working in the same general area. Being in the quarters means we’re close to everything but it’s a bit quieter than being right on the main road. We do a lot of construction work, mostly smaller stuff or sub-contracting when something comes up nearby. Our office is basically a desk with a laptop and a lot of notebooks scattered around. We spend a lot of time on the phone coordinating with workers or checking on materials. Porvorim is a nice area, and being based here makes it easy to get around to different sites. We don't have a big corporate office with a receptionist. If you come by, you’ll probably find us looking at a set of plans or drinking tea. The pace can be slow one day and then completely frantic the next when a deadline is coming up. We just take it as it comes. It’s a small operation, and we like it that way because we can keep an eye on everything ourselves. Sometimes the rain in Goa slows us down, but we just wait it out and get back to work as soon as we can. It's a simple life and we stay busy with the local builds.
