Outdoors Goa

Porvorim is where we keep our office, specifically at Mountview Apartments, number 900/2. It’s right behind Pet Concern, so if you see that, you’ve basically found us. Being near the Hyundai showroom also helps people find the place because the NH-17 can be confusing with all the new construction. Outdoors Goa is just a small operation. We spend a lot of time thinking about the outdoors, even when we are stuck inside the office. The apartments are okay, a bit quiet compared to the main road. We have some space for our gear and a small desk for the paperwork. Bardez is a nice area to work in. You get a mix of the local life and all the tourists passing through on the highway. We don't really do the whole professional marketing thing. We just tell people where we are and what we have. Most of our days are spent checking equipment or talking to people who want to get outside. It can get dusty being so close to the highway, but you get used to it after a week or two. We aren't trying to be the biggest name out there. We just want to do our bit and enjoy the Goa weather. It’s a simple setup we’ve got going here, and we like it that way. No one wears a suit, and we usually have the radio playing while we work. It’s a comfortable enough spot for us.
