Entertainment Society Of Goa

Our office is in Panjim, specifically in the St-Inez area. We are at H.No 152-6, which is right near the St-Inez Church. It’s a very local spot. We handle all kinds of entertainment activities for Goa. It’s not your typical nine-to-five job. One week we might be helping with a film festival, and the next we are busy with a local cultural show. The building we are in has some age to it. It’s got a bit of history, I think. Inside, there are lots of files and old posters from past events. It’s a bit crowded but we like it that way. We are a small group of people. Most of us live nearby, so we know the neighborhood well. It’s nice being near the church. It’s a landmark. We aren't some big corporation with branches everywhere. We are just here in Panjim. Sometimes things get really busy and we stay late, especially when there’s a big event coming up. The phones don't stop ringing then. We don't have fancy office furniture or a modern coffee machine. We just have a kettle and some biscuits. It’s a practical place. We talk to people, we organize things, and we try to make sure the events go well. It’s a lot of coordination with different people from all over. We just do our best to keep things moving. That’s how it is at the Entertainment Society.
